We retain account and Tenant Data for as long as the account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to allow for account recovery, comply with legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When a Tenant requests deletion of its account, we will delete or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records) or is contained in routine backups that are cycled out over time.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encrypted password storage, access controls, and tenant-level data isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at the address below.
Your information may be stored and processed on servers located in India or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

The Service may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites or services (e.g., payment gateways, storage providers). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons.
